Startup grants are available for young researchers who are establishing their own research groups. Eligible applicants should hold a position at a university or research institute, or alternatively, a clinical position at a university-affiliated hospital. Applicants must have received their PhD in 2020 or later.<\/p>\n
Grants may be awarded no more than twice. Applicants who have previously received this grant must indicate this in their application and submit a satisfactory report to be considered for a second award.<\/p>\n
Priority will be given to applicants who have not yet received other major startup grants covering salary and running costs for multiple years.<\/p>\n
